Packed Fresh, Not Stockpiled
Every bag of The Wind-Down is packed in small batches guided by real demand, not sitting pre-packed in a warehouse waiting to be sold. We'd rather take a few extra days to pack it fresh than ship something that's been sitting in a box for weeks. Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they're prepared, keeping storage time low and flavor high.
What to Expect
Packing time: 1-5 business days before your order ships. Transit time: an additional 1-5 business days via standard USPS ground shipping, depending on your location.
So from order to doorstep, plan on roughly 2-10 business days total. We know that's not instant, and that's the tradeoff for freshness over speed, we'd rather you wait a few extra days for something packed to order than get it faster and less flavorful.

Every order ships free within the USA. No minimums, no fine print.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get tracking information automatically by email so you can follow it the whole way to your door.
Where We Ship
Currently USA only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
